I would like to start mining alt coins and have no capital to start,

I'm after 0.05 and can pay back every three days with a interest rate of 22%

I'm new here any advice would help

I'd agree to the 3-day 22% interest rate, what term are you looking for? (I.e., how long until you pay back all the principal.)

What's your credit history, have you borrowed before? References?

Yes to be honest, without any alt coins as collateral i can't see anybody giving you this loan.

If you have ID you could try btcjam, i believe that you may be able to get btc loan there.

I didn't know that, thanks for letting me know.

Honestly though you don't want to get into bitcoin hardware mining if all you have to spend is the 0.05btc, why don't you save up a little and buy a plan on the highest paying cloud mining site around - https://pool.bitcoin.com/
for about 0.1btc you could get a 3 month 5TH/s mining plan
