Can you give us more info on the problem? unfortunately I cant help you though, since I never used simplex. Maybe some people here can give you advice.

How long have you been trying to contact them?

Since last friday (07.07.2017). I open 3 ticket and nobody answered them. Also i comment on facebook page and still no answer. All i want my money as dollar or bitcoin nothing more. Thanks for your interest.
