Help with Simplex Purchase

HI,, used bitcoin.com wallet to buy bitcoin,my money was deducted from the card ,but no bitcoin was added to my wallet and both the support teams of bitcoin.com and simplex.com are not responding.....what are my options to recover my money..is there any regulator for bitcoin fraud...pls help... my mail id is mohanresurrect@gmail.com

Simplex are a highly reputable company and while they may be a bit overloaded at the moment their support team will get back to you as soon as they can.

Separately, the Bitcoin.com support team will certainly have responded if you emailed them (support@bitcoin.com), however we are unable to assist with Simplex orders. That being said, I just checked our system for you and no email has been received from the email address you mentioned above so you did not email us about your issue.

HI, thanks for the reply, I contacted the bitcoin.com support team from the wallet app of bitcoin.com,while setting up the app, I have given the mail ID,so I thought I will get the reply there...I really don't know how to get in touch with the simplex team, I have tried through their facebook page too ... simplex is a small team maybe,but the support team of simplex at frshdesk should have atleast responded with a ticket confirmation through auto generated mail....absolutely no response from them.....I am getting worried because this is my first brush with bitcoin and proudly assured my father that will be a safe option...I hope i will not be wrong..will wait .....I hope my money will be safe and my ego will not be trashed ..... thank you anyways...I will forward the entire conversation with the simplex team to support@bitcoin.com ....

The service at buy.bitcoin.com is run entirely by Simplex so we do not have access to their systems in order to provide support.
