Yes I've been reading about this lately... Not sure how it would be enforced. Moreover, I'm not sure if it even makes any sense at all.

Yes I've been reading about this lately... Not sure how it would be enforced. Moreover, I'm not sure if it even makes any sense at all.
The way it would be enforced is the way these things are always enforced: It's not enforced except when it can be used as a pretext to arrest someone the US gov't already wants to arrest. Either for civil asset forfeiture or whistleblowing or whatever.
