Why do you have to use MoneyGram or Western Union? I doubt many if any people here can help you with dealing with either of these fiat currency exchange and wire houses.

There are online wallets available that allow you to buy bitcoin with a credit/debit card or direct ACH from a bank account within your control. These are probably the easiest and cheapest ways to get in. Why are these options not of interest or available to you?
