jaxx to cryptopia lost coin double spend

i tried to send some bitcoin from my jaxx wallet to my crytopia exchange wallet.
the coin didnt get there. with a double spend error coin just disappeared.

issue continues like this.


any ideas what happened didnt return to jaxx or go to cryptopia exchange?
