I can only speak from my point of view. While I still hold some BTC, most of my holdings have shifted to ETH and it's tokens. I have gotten really tried of the delay in confirmation times & exorbitant fees. Confirmation times sometimes stretched to over 12 hours despite sending reasonable fees. Fees are consistently around the $5 mark now even at the low end of the scale. One of my latest transactions sent with high fees cost me $13 which is insane and still took 7 mins to confirm. It has just become a pain to deal with BTC thanks to miner greed and their resistance to segwit.
