LOL, I'm a bit confused too. I thought it was just me.Where is the list of wallet providers?
Do you need one?
OP already said that he doesn't want web wallets. Blockchain.info stores the encrypted payload that is your wallet. You decrypt it, but without notice they could easily change their site to act the same way but so that they know your password. You would only be able to find out with close inspection. The best wallet to store your bitcoin
1. Blockchain.info
2. Mycellium
3. Bitcoin core
4. Trezor
5. Armory
6. Paper wallets

2. Multisig wallet (BitGo, Greenaddress)
3. Bitcoin Core
4. Paper wallet
I dont suggest using online wallets. use downloadable wallets like copay or breadwallet instead.blockchain.info is lousy. It says I have successfully logged in but I still cannot reach my wallet, and support is non-existent. I was told twice that the problem accessing my wallet would be fixed in 72 hours. Nothing was ever done, and I was never able to access my wallet after I created it and put the bitcoin amount I had purchased into the wallet.
I have no experience with any other wallet, but I can tell you that blockchain.info is a rip off site. Stay away from it.

I've been using it for quiet a long time. And it always had a positive feedback. But I've noticed that recently it started to take longer timeblockchain.info is lousy. Aren't online wallets and a wallet for one's phone or computer nearly the same thing? The only difference I see is that the wallet for your phone or computer allows you to keep your private keys, am I correct here? Online wallets aren't as bad as everyone makes them out to be. Maybe don't use them to hold your entire balance but their great for transactional purposes and establishing new positions in bitcoin. Am I wrong? You mean a list of providers that you want to make money off of. Online wallets are a bad idea. If you want a real wallet get one for your phone or computer where you own your own keys.
Hi guys, I would recommend you Swiss bank In Your Pocket. I am using this wallet, its very nice and easy to use, secure as well.
They are giving 5 bitcoin wallets and a Bitcoin Vault that is secured with a USB security key that only you have access to creating a safe offline environment for your private information. For more info you can check out their website http://swissbankinyourpocket.com
