I have heard It mentioned Bitcoin is Infinitely Divisible @ this time 8 decimal places what happens when It's 16?

Well. 8 decimal places are hard coded into the software. I doubt we will need more than that any time in the near forseeable future.

A move to 16 places would require a dangerous network hard fork. Short answer, 8 decimal places would have to be a serious problem to make it worth the risk of a hard fork.
