I bought a significant amount of bitcoin 3 days ago and I still haven't been able to get my bitcoin. No verified payment. No support answers. Nothing.

Where is my bitcoin and why is my money being held up like this? Extremely unprofessional even with the high demand right now.

They promise a 48 hour response time. I'm LOOSING MONEY because I can't control the bitcoin trading I was planning to due. I bought in at $2700 and it has crashed 600 fucking dollars within the 3 days and I have NO CONTROL over my trading ability with other cryptocurrencies.

That's standard for Bitcoin brokerages. Coinbase is a brokerage where if you buy from them it takes a few days to get your btc. You want a full fledged exchange like Bitstamp or Gemini where they have more liquidity.
