Bought Bitcoin via Simplex and Have not Received

I'm feeling like another one who who bought bitcoins with SIMPLEX and I just have not received the bitcoins.

I emailed their support staff like 3 times, and I have not received a reply from the last two...

Would you please be honest about the operation of this site... They've already taken my money !!!

Unfortunately Simplex are the only ones that can resolve this situation for you.

Simplex are a highly reputable company used by many businesses worldwide to process credit card purchases of Bitcoin. We partnered with them precisely because of this excellent reputation and the low fees they charge the end-user.

It may be the case that their support is overwhelmed due to recent publicity around Bitcoin causing a surge in purchases via credit card. If you still have not received a response from them after another 48 - 72 hours have passed please let me know here.

Simplex is legit. How long ago did you buy the Bitcoin? Did they tell you how long until you are supposed to receive them? Most brokers won't send you the btc right away but a few days later. If all else fails maybe we can try to run this up the ladder for you but we will need more info first.
