Unfortunately phone support with a real person is just about a thing of the past, there a many people who would rather talk to someone to discuss their problem but not many companies have this anymore, preferring to deal with customers by email for support. Good customer support should always get back to you within the first hour or 2 from the request being placed.this have been a problem for me sense 11pm last night an i purchased bit coin in order to trade once the transaction went through on my credit card is was automatically flagged and my account frozen this morning at 7 am i called my credit card company and had them unlock the account so the funds could go through the funds where taken and transactions are pending but zero coin has gone into my wallet i need to call someone live chat isnt working tryed for hours this is going no where fast im ready to cancel everything
