Not sure about that error; what wallet are you using?

Try decreasing the amount you're sending by a bit. Since you need to pay for the transaction fees when sending btc; and as of now they're quite high. Try sending $17 or $18

Hi Peter427,

What wallet are you using that is giving you this error message?

With the price of bitcoin changing constantly it is not advisable to rely on USD value for a transaction, send in Btc not USD.
For example you may have 0.01btc in your wallet with the value shown in usd as $20 but if there price was to drop then you would still have the same amount of bitcoins but the usd would have changed, sometimes it can take wallets a little while to catch up to the fiat value.

Please keep in mind too that if you need to send exactly $19.70 and you have $19.79 in your wallet then this will not leave enough for the transaction fee needed to have your tx confirmed on the network.
