help on blockchain wallet.

Sun May 21, 2017 11:27 am

blockchain has poor customer support, i emailed them and all they did is ignore everything i wrote, didnt reply to no specific questions, just sent a form letter out explaining transactions have big delays now. i knew this already. so i emailed them back asking them to read the letter and to quit having their bot send form letters, then they never replied.

this being only $40, i cant afford to pay more than $1 or $2, but heres my issue.

i knew its slow, so when i sent money from blockchain to coinbase i paid the highest mining fee it would let me. but its been multiple confirmatiions (well over 50) coinbase never got the email, the money never arrived. funny thing is why is the money still in my blockchain wallet if its been confirmed so often?

plus it lists it as transferred but not "sent". plus i ended up trying to send it twice when it never came. ive now paid $1.17 or thereabouts fee TWICE yet the money is just tied up as "transferred" but never sent. yet theres multiple confirmations. even worse, my blockchain balance still shows the $40 minus these 2 fees. now i know the money cant be sent twice but i just assumed it been returned, didnt realize til i looked up the transaction all these confirmations.

how do i get this out of blockchain and into coinbase?

None of this really makes any sense, if a transaction has received confirmations then it has moved from one address to another.

Can you please show the transaction ID's
Please also specify both the blockchain address you were sending from and what the Coinbase address you were sending to, it would help if we could check the balance on both.

this is when it shows me receiving $40 worth of bitcoin (0.2045478) from coinroyale to blockchain. then i went to send it to coinbase. (those were the 2 transfers, made many hours apart). yet i still have the same balance minus fees. looks like it kept the fee, and did nothing.

it would never be possible to look up the coinbase address from memory, because it gives u a new one everytime u log in. but it should be listed somewhere in the transactions i printed and copied

To me this looks like you have sent 0.00025993btc from 1KiZyecEiNSRW95LgC6gRvFGkN9ZUfPFM9 to 1P1gQCd1YGzQ9y6yC266oonLA1W3tGp8qj in the first transaction with the change amount of (0.0201708btc) going back to the sending address.

In the 2nd transaction 0.00026522btc has been sent to 18GsV75HRRBcZnv2i8z38mCp52XcsGH6gg from the same sending address in the first transaction and this time it has change of 0.01930894btc returning to what i guess is your blockchain address 1KiZyecEiNSRW95LgC6gRvFGkN9ZUfPFM9

Have you got the wallet set to BTC or mBTC, maybe you are entering the amount incorrectly. Both transactions you show have been confirmed on the network and the address 1KiZyecEiNSRW95LgC6gRvFGkN9ZUfPFM9 should currently show a balance of 0.01930894btc

If you have sent bitcoins to an address then you will always be able to see that address on the blockchain.

no matter how tiny, coinbase will always send an email. plus, nothing arrived there. its got the exact same $20.77 it had before any of this. (i sent it to the USD address there, which instantly converts bitcoin into USD). i do this because its going to my bank. it should have close to $40 more now.

if this was the case they wouldnt be listed as "transferred" in my blockchain wallet but as "sent". u see 1 day before, i sent the $20.77 to coinbase, and when i did it, it did it very quickly. the'yre just tied up listed as "transferred," but not "sent". the previous days $20.77 is listed differently in my blockchain wallet, its written in a different color, saying "sent"

since the money is still in blockchain, no idea why its been confirmed

the very tiny amount (once it was $1.17 once it was under $1) this was the miners fee. i paid the HIGHEST price it would allow, thinking it would give better and faster service(wrong)

I wouldn't be relying on the USD dollar price on your account since the price of bitcoin is always changing, it would just be too confusing to try keep track of, the bitcoin value won't change unless you send coins.

If bitcoins sent to your Coinbase address show confirmations on the blockchain but not showing in your Coinbase wallet then that is something you will have to take up with Coinbase support directly.

I still think that by looking at the transactions you have only ever sent 0.00114584btc from the address 1KiZyecEiNSRW95LgC6gRvFGkN9ZUfPFM9 - is this your blockchain address?
