Nice site. I'd definitely look to getting a percentage of my pay check directly converted into bitcoins, as i usually have to go through the lengthy process of withdrawing the cash from the bank and depositing into a person's bank account on localbitcoins anyways.

No problems, the guys are great at GPiB and will happily help you set up what you need. I too used to go through the same lengthy process until i found this company.

For people that aren't in Australia, there's another site, BitWage, that provides almost the same thing. They call it "Wage management solutions"... Funny.

bitwage issues specific banking details for the user.
Employee gives these new banking details to payroll.
Payroll sends USD wire deposit to the employee's bitwage banking details.
bitwage receives it, and immediately converts it to bitcoins.

That's a good question, i would assume it is only for Australian residents but all you need to do is have fiat funds sent to their Aus bank account and they send they coins to your address so you may be able to get away with it.
