Buy Bitcoins in India for European rates

Greetings Bitcoin users!
Since Bitcoin prices are exploding in Indian (sorry about the hazzle, hope you are doing ok) , I'm wondering if it is possible to sell Bitcoins from Europe (Germany) to India for adequate prices. The idea is as follow:

1. Maximum amount: 0,5 BTC first, may then be increased (minimum 0,1 BTC)
2. Payment via Paypal (quite contradictive and high fees... but I can't think of a better option atm)
3. Conversion rate: 1 BTC = 58000 INR (compared to 64000 INR at banks) Date: 11/23/2016
4. I'll transfer the bitcoins to your adress within 10 minutes.

With the currency conversion fee and receiving fee this should result in a win-win situation. If there's a reason why this is a bad idea, let me know; if you're interested, write me.
