Apart from contacting the authorities or the seller directly there is not a lot you can do.
There is definitely nothing you can do to stop any bitcoin payments to seller.

Knowing how to stop the person depends on alot of things. Can you give more info? We MIGHT be able to help. But most likely not. Just like bitkilo said the right move would be to contact authorities.

People throw around the word bubble so much to describe crypto that you know it's not in a bubble. Once the entire established media is invested in it, they will be much less likely to publicly criticize it.....maybe then it'll be a bubble.

bitcoin payment is anonymous. how you know who made payment?? nothing.
