Error when carrying out blockchain transaction

Hello my people,
I cant spend fund in my blockchain wallet despite the fact that i have confirmed funds. its always displaying "An output is already spent in ...... Please how do i resolve this issue. Also how do i create a ticket in blockchain support

This happens when some sort of double spend occurs. Did you try and force the transaction even when it was not confirmed?

This only happens when:
1 - You are trying to spend bitcoin from a transaction that never completely went through
2 - The person who sent you your bitcoin did a double spend and the blockchain wallet has somehow bugged out.
