I have 50 btc, i want to invest them somewhere
Where would you advice me to put them in? Is there any reliable service to invest btc in?

Investing is always subjective, so do take any guidance as just that.

My personal view would be to invest in a hardware wallet in the first instance. You can find details of some on the Bitcoin.com website. Then load up your new wallet and sit back.

I have been building my pension portfolio for a good few years and bitcoin has outperformed all other assets. That's not to say I would recommend anyone dump all their savings into bitcoin, a spread amongst various investments is always preferred, but if you have 50BTC in hand, store it and come back in a few years.

If you have 50BTC spare that you wish to use as a medium of exchange to invest in something else, take a look at LSE:SMT - that's my top stock tip.

Stay away from services such as BitJam. They present wonderful ideas for being able to micro-invest using BTC an you might think you're helping in under-developed nations, but in reality you're walking the plank with scammers eager to rid you of your BTC.

Honestly. Right now the best investment looks like holding the BTC. There are too many scams out there. BTC/usd is sharply rising, I see no reason not to hold.

With 50 BTC you have the ability to put some of that into ETH and own much more than 50 ether coins. It's the volume that you have that provides your leverage that enables greater gains from future price increases.

E.g., with 50 units, you'll earn $50 of gain in your position with each $1 increase in the price of Ether. With 1000 units, you gain $1000 in appreciation for the same amount of price increase.

Last, Ether is still super affordable and earlier in its existence, therefore there's a lot more adoption ahead of it...and adoption equals price gain.
