I don't know if it is a scam or not

I only invest 0.02 BTC

Every day more than 1000 new registered members

In the leaderboard I saw that one person has invested 10 BTC

I think that is too much

Is every one know that ??

Don't believe everything a site tells you on their homepage, they can type what they want there. Try do your own research, asking the question here is a good start but i have not heard of this company before, maybe some other members here have.
