Trouble logging into my blockchain - pls help me..

hello,

recently i was unable to log into my blockchain account. the problem is i am not getting my login verification email. this happened after 2-3 hours i last logged into my account . i am using microsft outlook email (example @outlook.com - web). firstly i thought my account was hacked and someone change the email but then after i created another wallet just to check, using the same email address and came to know that my email was not getting any email form blockchain,

so what could be wrong pls take a look

and also i am an idiot that i didnt backuped my 12 word recovery passphrase
