Starting a Cash to Bitcoin Fintech Industry in the USA

How would one go about to start a cash $ to Bitcoin, finctech chain or HUB in the USA to afford local businesses with daily turnovers in cash, to transfer there cash directly into BTC without first depositing it into a bank account or trading account.

The obvious answer is via BTC ATM's, but is there any other way?

e.g. a local business wants to "bank" the daily revenue into crypto currency on a daily basis, without going through a bank in the USA.

What options does he have and how to get such a business started.

What are the legal barriers to such a business?

Is there any examples, franchises or any current models that offers such a service?

First you will want to familiarise yourself with the Virtual currency law in the United States

I would just get a lot of information on what you want to start, you will need a lot of $$$ to cover your expenses but will be a nice journey People are really enjoying bitcoin's rides these days.
