It appears to be a link back to an old post on this forum, don't know why it has be posted in that format, maybe something tapatalk does, not sure.

I have run the link through virustotal.com and it looks safe.

Please do yourself a favor and do not get involved in cloud mining. It is almost always a scam. I'm pretty sure xmine is of the ponzi variety.
