I feel like this may be the future of finance - without banks

This week I checked out a desktop client called Exodus. While I never hold alts, I do like the idea of holding digital assets in a single place. I can imagine replacing a bank, stock broker, and any other asset-managing intermediary with a piece of software like this. Interested to see how this kind of all-in-one solution progresses.

I thought there were quite a few crypto currency exchanges with phone apps? Unless it incorporates services like Apple Pay, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard transactions it is hard to say it's revolutionary

It's hard to get rid of an idea behind banks — a huge pile of money under control of some third force. As long as people manage things this concept will stay in one form or another.

Yeah, Exodus is a great desktop client for a few altcoins + bitcoin all stored together. Very convenient, and the interface is just absolutely brilliant in my opinion. It is definitely the best choice for a desktop wallet. You also hold your own private keys.

However I feel like if we can store fiat as well, that would be much better. An all-in-on bitcoin wallet.

I dont think bitcoin can replace bank, maybe just as additional payment method
