What is EthBits?
Ethbits is a new exchange that facilitates secure trades between people from bank accounts to CryptoCurrency both online and face to face. We are currently registering a business in the UK and have a fantastic variety of shareholders from around the globe that all work as a team to bring the next big ground breaking exchange. We have agreements to open offices in UK, France, Spain, China, USA and Australia. But the best part is yet to come. We will be selling some of the site tokens before the site launches in order to enter into the 2nd phase of development to make the exchange into a full pool trading exchange that will cater for the top 15 currencies. We will also have some additional features which will guarantee that inexperienced traders and professional traders alike will be incentivised to use the platform because of the new awesome features. The features are currently under NDA at this time but when the ICO launches with the white paper all will be released.
What makes us Different?
Unlike most exchanges ETHBITS will be distributing up to 80% of the profit of its site to the users or holders of the site token. When the full pool platform launches for the 1st year we will give 80% profit to the users. 2nd year 60% and then the 3rd year is 40% which continues (40% will be the profit share of the standard site before upgrade also). The token is used to pay site fees and the holders of the token will get paid dividends of the global profit. To be accountable we will remain centralised as we will be interfacing directly with fiat institutions and banks. We will also be incorporating a new financial investment fund into the exchange which will be a safer haven for people who lack the experience or time to do the trading themselves. What is ETHBITS Token?
EthBits tokens are the vehicle used to pay fees on the platform and also distribute dividends. We will start with ETHEREUM primarily but intend to swap over to WAVES at the most convenient time as this will be of more benefit to our project.
Total Number of Tokens 5 Million
2 Million Tokens allocated which will cost between 1.00 – 1.50 USD each in ICO ( 300k are reserved for bounties)
2 Mill Tokens will be for sale upon launch of the site until sold for a fixed price of 12 Euros ≈ 12.82 USD
1 Mill Tokens to be used to incentivise users to join the platform and to keep a reserve of funds for future updates and legal compliance. This will be fully transparent and we will take votes from the community how to use these.
Unsold tokens WILL NOT count towards the profit share and the minimum we need to raise for the ICO is 300k USD.
