I would like to introduce some information on ICOBID ico-crowdsale which will start next few days and run in four weeks.
80.000.000 ICB is reserved for ICO, 3.000.000 ICB for early pre-ico bounties, 2.000.000 ICB for ico bounties, 5.000.000 for early supporters, advisors and backers and 10.000.000 ICB for team fund.
There will be 4 ICB price levels:
Level 1: 1000 Satoshi for first 20.000.000 ICB in first week.
Level 2: 1100 Satoshi for next 20.000.000 ICB in second week.
Level 3: 1300 Satoshi for next 20.000.000 ICB in third week.
Level 4: 1500 Satoshi for last 20.000.000 ICB in final week
If all ICB of level 1 are sold out at any point of time in first week, price of level 2 will start right away for next 20.000.000 ICB and last till the end of second week. If all ICB of level 2 are sold out at any point of time before the end of second week, price of level 3 will start for next 20.000.000 ICB till the end of third week. The similar ICB distributing method is applied till the end of ICO.
In case 40.000.000 ICB are sold out within first week of ICO, price of next levels will be shifted as below:
Level 3: 1500 Satoshi for next 20.000.000 ICB and last till the end of third weeks.
Level 4: 2000 Satoshi for last 20.000.000 ICB in final week.
If 20.000.000 ICB of a level is not sold out in a week, ICB price of next level will still be applied in the next week. All ICB left that is not sold out during ICO will be collected and sent to a transparent address. We’re just able to touch that amount of ICB after a full functional ICOBID platform is deployed. We will consider to use that remain ICB for another round called post-ico crowdsale to continue funding for further ICOBID platform development. Example, if there’re 4.000.000 ICB left after ICO (1.000.000 ICB left in each week), they will be kept in a public address that anyone can track to ensure that we will never touch it before ICOBID platform is available.
The regulations above could still be altered based on the adaptation from community’s responses; however when ICO starts, all rules will be fixed.
