Hi there cryptocoin14,
Bitcoin isn't a company, just like “gold” isn't a company - this means that there isn't any official website that speaks for Bitcoin, just like there isn't an official website representing gold.
Our website, Bitcoin.com, is simply an informative site about Bitcoin and we also offer our own services to Bitcoin users. We just do our best to put lots of information online for people, but we can't assist with any issues related to any specific company, service or Bitcoin wallet.
Bitcoin.com doesn't control Bitcoin in any way. We also don't send, receive, or store any bitcoins. Bitcoin.com only provides links to sources that will help you open bitcoin wallets or buy bitcoins. Bitcoin.com has nothing to do with actual Bitcoin transactions; it exists for informational purposes only.
We do, however, have an active community of users who want to help people that ask questions here on our forum so I have moved your topic to the "Beginners & Help" sub-forum - perhaps someone can offer some advice here.
That being said, the best route for you to take in this instance would be to contact the company or person whom you purchased bitcoins from as they are the only ones that can assist you. You can also paste the Bitcoin address that you asked them to send the bitcoins to into the 'Search' section of
Blockchain.info, and click the 'Search' button. If the bitcoins
have been sent to the address you provided to the seller then you will see the transaction here. If the transaction is not there this means that the bitcoins
have not been sent and you will need to contact the seller to find out why.
