Those holding Janus on Feb. 1st will be entitled to the first dividend payout, then followed every first of the month indefinitely. Details can be found mostly in slack regarding this.

More than likely tokens will be on multiple exchanges with the first one coming end of February. Then March 4th, the price will be raised to meet the distribution model we set up for the future.
