Will this be the main btc forum?

As some bitcointalk forum's members started since some time ago a censorship patrol, trying to rule the forum as their own wishes, power abusing and there is nobody to stop it, will signature campaigns try to run their services on forum.bitcoin?

Only time will tell. Right now though I think this forum is far off in regards to overtaking bitcointalk. But, nothing in this world is set in stone. Things can change in an instant

We are accepting applications from any companies that wish to start a signature campaign here but the spamming rules of such campaigns will be much stricter than they are on bitcointalk.

This forum is still getting off the ground but their is already a great community spirit amongst the members here.
To tell you the truth I am sick of reading posts on the other forum from farmed accounts and signature spammers with threads like "What would you do if you had ..... bitcoins?

If you have any ideas on how this forum could be improved please feel free to post them on the forum suggestion board and we will look into it.

Bitcointalk is full of trash. Lots of spammers and the whole forum exists there for the money. It's probably a good time for us to clean up that forum and start a new one. Bitcoin.com's SEO value is way higher than bitcointalk and will potentially achieve a higher level than bitcointalk if we do this right.

However, you should always take into consideration that the site is still relatively new and there is no sign up a mass adoption yet. Improving the community chemistry should be something that we should look at in the near future.

Hi bitkilo. I agree they remove spammers from campaigns, but what I don't agree is their behavior with community and some of their methods.
Moderators and campaign managers should read posts to see if it's crap or not, if so, ban that person. But they are negativating people for post in short time period, negativating for poor post historic, negativating for have more than one account in forum, negativating for sell accounts.

And trust tool is used to paint scammers, thieves. They are banalizating the tool. They are adulterating forum rules at their favour.

They want hegemony inside the forum, nobody can question their methods and their reasons. No arguments, they have the power, they believe to be semi-gods, so they rule. That is why I didn't complain anything there, because it would be vainly.

In case that you are interested in running campaigns here, you can offer for a site to run it for 1-2 weeks free, after the free term, they start using their money to promote their services. But need investment to pay the free time promo.

Yes it is time for them all to be moved here, because here is very active moderator delete junk thread or spammers who spoil the beautiful views in this forum.

My best bet for the moment is that it will be a shared spot member wise. People will load 2 tabs instead of 1 and hunt down there favorite sections to keep an eye on.
For both forums it is tuff to fight sig and post spam when popularity rises.

Also bitcoin.com strives to be an uncensored source of opinions in the bitcoin world. On bitcointalk there is heavy censorship and there is censorship at /r/bitcoin also. Hopefully the mods won't abuse their powers on this forum.

I agree with you. Many people does'nt know about this forum, fisrt time forum i know is bitcointalk. but in bitcointalk now is much fake account. Especially in social media bounty its spam at all.

Bitcointalk is bad. I would only suggest going there if you wanted to earn a bit of bitcoins through ad campaign. But if you wanted better discussions and arguments? I suggest posting here.
