Someone please help send bit coin from libertyx but never got it in my blockchain wallet in been almost a day

Can someone please help liberty x provided me with proof funds were sent to address provided from block chain wallet which was copied in pasted no it sent there but not in wallet libertyx sent link where I can see that address have been used previously before but not by me funds are at the address but not sent to my wallet or available to me how do I retrieve funds

Please go to Blockchain.info and enter the address you were supposed to receive your bitcoins into the 'Search' box, and press the blue search button. Please copy & paste your address to ensure you don't mistype any characters as correct format and capitalization, etc. is of the utmost importance. The address must be exact - for example, you cannot simply substitute a lower-case letter for an upper-case letter, etc.

If the transaction for the amount of bitcoins you purchased is present on the page that appears after your search, your funds have been sent to and received at the address you gave LibertyX. If the bitcoins are still not appearing in your Blockchain.info wallet then the address is not contained within that specific wallet. and you will need to make sure you are opening the correct Blockchain.info wallet.

If the transaction for the amount of bitcoins you purchased is not present on the page that appears after your search, your funds have not yet been sent and you will need to contact LibertyX directly in order to ascertain why as they are ultimately the only ones that can assist you in that instance.
