I'm not familiar with Zarfund but a quick view of their website suggests it is likely some sort of Ponzi or pyramid scheme. In any event you will need to contact those folks directly for any assistance, but I would strongly recommend that you do not send them any funds whatsoever. It is likely you will lose any funds you send.

Be very wary of any site that promises to massively increase your investment; at best, it is a Ponzi, and at worst a straight up scam. Neither are good, nor legal.
