i only send him printouts (and postcards) so far
as

"You can mail Ross a letter, card, photos or reprints of interesting articles. He especially likes to read about economics, politics, science — but anything you like. You can also send books (directly from a book seller, not from you personally) or magazine subscriptions. The prison does not allow nudity (including art books!). Unless you have something special to send, donating the price of a book to the appeal fund instead would be most helpful now."

so no direct books sending ! - bummer

i emailed her this morning asking how i can send him documentaries (downloads) - am not even sure if he has access to computer or how that actually works (never been to prison)

Thanks for the info, you have saved me time but what a stupid rule.

As for sending downloads I think he used to have limited access to a computer but not sure ofor that, I may be getting him mixed up with another bitcoin identity that was in jail.
