To take your bonus go to Bonus Page and press the button GET BONUS.

Bonuses are not summed up. A bonus will be added to your account. If you did not take your bonus, it will be lost.
You can withdraw your satoshi any time after your balance reached a minimum withdrawal amount. Currently the minimum withdrawal amount is 30000.
