The Positive Only Posts Thread

Tue Oct 27, 2015 8:27 am

Hey Guys, I thought I would try this idea of a thread where you can only post positive messages.

I will start by saying that I just sent an email to Bitfinex about a wire transfer I sent and they responded with the answer in less than 10 minutes. I always see people complain about slow customer service related to bitcoin companies and I wanted to report that I just got a very quick response.

Let's see if we can make it even 1 page with no negative comments.
Peace

Hey, great thread idea! I'll post about my most recent interaction with the Gemini team. When they launched, I was lucky enough to get to test out their exchange while in beta, and then again post-beta, both with the same results, very impressive and slick platform. I had the awesome opportunity to speak with the Winklevoss brothers and a few people from their team post-launch regarding an article I did about Gemini, which they actually reached out to me and praised me on it after I published it. I found that to be very personal for me, because most companies and startups that you do a story on, you never hear from them. But they specifically reached out to me and told me they liked the article and were happy that I wrote it, then they tweeted about it in their Twitter which was really cool. So it was a positive experience overall.
