Hey guys, this is my video of the week. I checked out a service called Coins.ph on desktop and mobile. It's a great app for remittances to the Philippines, but is also super useful if you're just vacationing there. I was able to pull out cash at an atm with no bank account whatsoever. I was also able to use BTC topping up my phone etc.

Coins.ph is actually one of the most well known bitcoin services in Philippines. Lots of my Filipino friends use it to both store bitcoins and buy and sell it. It's a bit like Zebpay for India.

Good to see people are actually using bitcoin in a positive way, instead of using it for illegal things. Taking cash out at an ATM is one of these things

Coins,ph is pretty reputable, they have been operating for a couple of years now, and I have seen and read about their service in high regard. It's mainly for use in the Philippines, and most of its services work well or even only work in the Philippines only.

But remember, just like any other web wallet, Coins.ph has control of your coins when you deposit with them. Don't put money there longer than you have to.
