Editing Posts No Longer Allowed?

I seem to have lost the ability to edit posts. This will make it so that I cannot keep my threads up to date with current information. Is this a temporary glitch, or the new normal?

Hi guys,

I just checked the board settings and noticed that editing time had been cut down to 15 minutes from the time a post is made. I'm not sure at this moment which administrator enabled this but it was most likely done for testing / anti-spam purposes; I have removed the limit on editing time until I get a concrete answer on this.
