WikiLeaks Has Raised 4,000 BTC Since 2011

International whistleblowing organization WikiLeaks has published classified media and news leaks since it was founded in 2006. In 2011 – due to a payment blockade from traditional finance services – the nonprofit started accepting bitcoin. Since this time the group has accumulated a massive $2.9 million in bitcoin donations.

I wonder what Satoshi's view of this would be, i remember seeing one of his last post that said something about Wikileaks was maybe not too good for bitcoin during the early stages.

Is there any total usd figure? the prices have so drastically changed that this fugure could range from a few thousand to a few million.
