To get loan for my property

I have been trying to get a business loan. For that, I consulted many money lenders. But the loan amount they mentioned for my property was too less than my expectation. 3 days back I read some details about mortgages in this link https://www.butlermortgage.ca/mortgages ... mortgages/. They have explained the percentage of the loan amount that we can get for particular commercial properties. I think it is better to contact some mortgage brokers instead of consulting some money lenders. I hope that would help to get a higher loan amount. What do you think? Are there any risks involved in this?

If you need a loan you need have a collateral to get loan.

Hey man! I think we can help you more if you tell us the following three things:

1) Whats the cost?
2) How much you got?
3) How much do you safe per month?

Unless you have some kind of collateral, you will not get any kind of loan. You have no reputation or valid trust.

Speak to as many bankers as you can, one of them will find you the deal you are looking for.

Also, do your due dilligence with the lender before signing any agreements, this way you can ensure that you are not getting yourself into a bad deal.

I'd say that you should be careful with the mortgage brokers, there are always risks involved when you go that route. Just keep at it with the banks and hopefully one of them will budge sooner or later, and you will gain some experience while you are at it

Yes i agree the title does sound like the member is requesting a loan but you must a least read the OP before posting so you know what you are talking about, better still read every second post after the OP and see what advise other members hav offered. Without doing that you are just spamming, just think, you would have had no need to post that if you were not in the signature campaign.

How much do you need and for how long. I would consider lending to you provided you have valid collateral.
