Is Blockchain scamming his customers

I had a Blockchain account for years, fully verified to gold level. I was able to do any type of transaction on my blockchain until 3 weeks ago.
I got an email that my account has been downgraded. I cannot get my money out and Blockchain will not respond to my messages. Had anyone experience the same. Please help as I am loosing my mind here.

I'm sorry this has happened to you, it sounds distressing. It's strange that they are not replying to you. In their original e-mail, did they say why they downgraded your account? Did you register on the legitimate blockchain.com website?

Sounds sketchy. Better to avoid third parties claiming they can recover your money - they are often scammers.
