Programmer Needed for BTC FAUCET

Hi,
for a long time I wanted to have my own bitcoin faucet. Well, I did, with Paytoshi, but now I want my own independant faucet. I have some good skills in HTML/CSS, but I surely don't have what it takes in PHP and Javascript or any other language to create one by myself. This is why I am searching a programmer, who could create the script I want. For sure, I will pay.
