It is important to acknowledge that new technologies have to be regulated by the law in a way that won’t hurt the investors and that’s why the debate was very important for the Bitcoin enthusiasts in Poland.
Good for Bitcoin? Imho, Bitcoin needs users, infrastructure and more nodes before any 'regulation'

It is important to acknowledge that new technologies have to be regulated by the law in a way that won’t hurt the investors and that’s why the debate was very important for the Bitcoin enthusiasts in Poland.
It's good that they're looking seriously at this tech, though it's a shame they're talking about regulation this early, even if they are acknowledging the need to not harm investors. It's far too soon to start strangling the enthusiasm people have, to take a risk and get creative, through the burden of extra rules, laws and the inevitable paperwork that'll be a part of any new regulation.
