Is Bit Club Network a scam or a Ponzi scheme, and if so, what should we as a community do about it?

The CEO contacted me a few months ago wanting me to help promote his mining company.
I asked him what his electricity cost was, and he said he didn't know, and would have to check and get back to me later.
Obviously I became very skeptical when the CEO of a mining company didn't even know how much he was paying for electricity.

i stumbled over this website some weeks ago.
the risk that this is a scam is somewhere between 99 and 99,9 % i would say

with a little reseatch everyone should get to the same answer.

in the end you cant stop this from happen. the early internet was a paradise for scammers (still is). now we have the money of the internet BTC - that is the wet dream of these people. and we are just starting to see some immature scams - wait until bitcoins market cap is at 100 billions or more Cheesy

For what it is worth, I also think it is a MLM pyramid scheme.

One of their members tricked me into joining by giving me false information, he actually facetimed me a few times before he was able to convince to fork over $99 in BTC to join, less than 1 minute after I joined I told them I wanted a refund because I was tricked and lied to. I was told I could get a bitcoin MasterCard and even showed photos, when I logged in there was no such thing, and they wanted $500 more to invest in a mining pool.

They told me I had to submit a support ticket to get a refund and it would take 2 days, and that they were not good at responding to refund requests. I started making negative YouTube videos about them, my videos were well received and many pissed off comments about them were submitted on the videos, I called out names and they tried to threaten me into removing the videos, I told them when I get a refund the videos will magically disappear. I go my refund very fast, then deleted the videos and moved on like it never happened, this was about 10 days ago.

On local board here there was a guy who took their mining stats [yes they DO mine] and checked how much they mined vs how much they are paying out.
As you can guess - they payout more than they mine. So this has to be coming from others investors money.

I have to admit this system is done really good - hence many people will get burned. Also from my understanding most of their clients are not really strict BTC people but friends of friends [MLM as Roger said].

Thanks for that, their highest profile promoters appear to be American, long term MLM pumpers with a huge track record in other schemes.

Electricity bills, additional accusations, fooled by them, pyramid, etc ... Your arguments and the tone of your voice make me think that you are rewarded to lead people in the wrong direction : how come?
