Looking at their website, it seems KYC is complete. I take this from the line from there website

" All accounts are verified the same day (usually instantly!)"

I believe the small traders won't like to submit their precious KYC documents to strangers easily. There are many other exchanges out there where KYC is not compulsory. I could be wrong though in inferring.
