No offense but I suggest that you take a couple of weeks to read all about Bitcoin BTC so that you will have a better understanding of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. I think that doing so would be helpful and you might even like Bitcoin all the more for doing so.

As for a number to call Bitcoin isn't something that has a phone number or a customer service number.

However, you might be able to call someone at some of the sites where Bitcoin is sold and bought.

I've never called anyone (and I don't want to) to buy Bitcoin and the only time that I'd ever imagine doing so would probably be if I was going to be meeting someone in person (face to face) to exchange Bitcoins.

Personally I would not recommend using your bank account to buy Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency.

There are many methods which you may use to buy Bitcoin.
