The full Synereo 2.0 Tech-Stack, in development for over 5 years and initially built to support a social network, has matured into a generic decentralized computation and storage platform, where the users of the network provide the resources and call all the shots, without the need for server farms or centralized points of control.
On our quest for a next-gen, freer and fairer social network, we’re building a virtual machine that is capable of running decentralized applications (dApps), designed for massive use at blazing speeds.
Synereo’s existing technology already allows flistly decentralized and distributed applications to be created – its social network is one such application, and Synereo’s other partners are using it as well. The next evolution of our architecture will allow Synereo-powered dApps to match high-end industry requirements and be competitive with centralized computing platforms.
Synereo’s Blockchain 2.0 based platform, to be released in 2017, incorporates all faculties needed to support decentralized computation without central servers. This includes:

Synereo’s Social Layer
Synereo’s social layer is the world’s first fully decentralized and distributed social network, based on an economy of attention.
On Synereo’s social network, you control your network and own all you create on it. Synereo can’t store your personal information, track your user history, or treat you as a “target group” for customized ad campaigns. If someone wants your attention, they’ll pay you for it. Your privacy is guaranteed, not by the virtue of our good manners, but thanks to Synereo’s cutting-edge decentralized architecture, which renders your data as hackproof as the Bitcoins in your crypto wallet.

How do AMPs get their value?
Demand for AMPs originates from 3 main sources:
* AMPs are the fuel of Synereo’s Virtual Machine, and as such are provided as a fee every time someone accesses your node to perform a computational operation, store information, or retrieve that information.
* AMPs will be the staking currency of Synereo’s Proof-of-Stake consensus protocol, fronted by validators participating in the Blockchain assembly process.
* AMPs lay at the foundation of Synereo’s Attention Economy and can be used to Amplify promoted content — to compensate other users for their attention.

Fundraising Campaign Sept. 19th - Oct. 18th
Spearheading into the next stage of the Synereo project, we are en route towards an additional fundraising campaign. The official sale will start September 19th, and run for 30 days, until October 18th.
This call will be the second round of Synereo’s multi-phase fundraising strategy, which was detailed during our original sale, in 2015. This strategy was designed to maximize investment impact and to protect investors and AMP holders from capital erosion. Best practices in the startup industry suggest to couple investment rounds to the achievement of development goals - this is why we’ve scheduled this fundraising campaign with the release of Synereo’s alpha social layer, and the major milestones achieved with the development of Synereo’s 2.0 tech-stack.
Funds raised during this campaign will be used to significantly scale up Synereo’s operations, expand our team, and optimize the development effort of Synereo’s next-gen tech-stack – on which a diverse ecosystem of decentralized applications will be deployed; developed by Synereo and by our associates around the globe.
During the campaign, it will be possible to purchase AMPs as well as shares of Synereo LTD.
