IQ Option broker has a really bad reputation. I would never use such a platform or trading site.

Binance is the BEST online trading platform for cryptocurrencies. At the moment there is really no great competitor.

Binance is offering the complete ecosystem for a trader and on top of this, they charge the lowest fees.

I don't have personal experience with them but their main profile is binary options and they are pretty reputable and well-regulated at that. Their trustpilot rating is horrible though, but most comments there are spam so it's hard to decide.
I think you should try with bigger crypto exchanges such as Coinbase or Binance.
