CAN'T LOGIN INTO MY WALLET

Hello Great House, please Let me preface this by saying that I am
new in bitcoin transactions and Any
help or advice would be greatly appreciated. So
what has happened. I regerister two months ago and I receive my wallet keys someone happen to send me bitcoin after I gave him my link and I try to check that is when I realise that both my password and username I have lost it and I use my E-mail for the passwords reset option non is working and the payment has been made into the account yesterday but I can't access it .please how can I correct this problem since the email I provided is no recognize.

What wallet are you currently using.? (Coinbase , Blockchain.info , or XAPO I bet you using web wallet) .
And what is "Link" are you talking about and "Wallet Keys" ? . Are you gave him your Private Key..?

Yep, we are gonna need more information to help you OP.

I don't mean to be a downer... but if you have lost access to that wallet completely, and you have no backup... those bitcoins are gone

Which wallet are you using? If this was blockchain.info, you would have had a unique identifier for your account, which would be a mixture of random characters - along with your password. You would have also registered with an email address. If this email is not working, check that you didn't register with a different email
