BTC wallet disappeared…

i got msg "topology was destroyed" for my BTC wallet. After reinstall bitcoin.com wallet app, BTC wallet just disappeared, then i tried to recreate wallet with the 12 words recovery phrase, it prompted "server instance poor was destroyed"…
How am i supppsed to do now?

I have a similar problem, I opened a wallet on a wash site, put my money there and when I went back to the website the wallet wasn't there anymore, do you guys know I can get the money back?
