I am new to bitcoin. I will be receiving $125 in bitcoin. I have already downloaded the bitcoin.com app, and gave the sender my BTC code from the app.
I can see under the instructions on bitcoin.com that I will have the option of creating a recovery phrase after I receive the funds. I am still very confused. Besides the recovery phrase, how do I recover my bitcoin address if I accidentally click the refresh button on the “receive money” page, or if I reset my phone or delete the app? Did I make a mistake by not using a website like coin base to store my funds?
