Possible export bug in Wallet v5.4 hotfix-1

Sun Dec 15, 2019 3:03 am

Hi not sure where to post wallet issues,

I exported my transactions under Settings -> More Options -> Export and the resulting csv file had nine fields for the main transaction rows but only eight fields for for rows labelled "Bitcoin Network Fees".

This is fine if opening it in Excel but the personal finance app I'm using is a little more picky and throws an error trying to import..

I'm running Bitcoindotcom wallet version v5.4 hotfix-1

Thanks

Hi, thank you for reporting this.

Please also not that it looks like you're running an older version of the Bitcoin.com wallet app.

Newest version is 5.13 RC4

https://github.com/bitcoin-portal/bitcoin-wallet-releases/releases

Before you update please make sure that you've down your 12 word backup. Please note that each wallet within the app might have it's own unique 12 word backup phrase. Please check each wallet within the app.
